It's not very likely that two Pisces wind up together, simply because they are both searching for a significant other with such eagerness. That makes them sort of invisible to one another. They look for someone standing steady, not another one seeking the same.
That's wise of them, since they need someone they can lean on, admire, and devote themselves to unselfishly. If they wind up as a couple, they find it difficult to give support as well as to find it. It's sort of like two persons stopping at the door, insisting on letting the other one pass through it first.
Apart from that insecurity, though, on rare occasions they might fall into a deep and lasting relation, full of vulnerability and anxiety. But that's a tremendous experience, too. Affection quickly becomes devotion, which just as quickly becomes intense passion. It can be the love story of their lives.
